Ingredients 600 g potatoes, 1 Prymat bay leaf, 5 Prymat black peppercorns, 3 cups of sour rye soup or sauerkraut juice, 50 g pork fat or fatty bacon, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon flour, 1 teaspoon Prymat dried garlic, to taste: sea salt, Prymat ground black pepper. Instructions: Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Put them in a pot and add three cups of salted water. Add bay leaf, black pepper and allspice. Cook for about 20 min. Pour the rye soup or sauerkraut juice and bring to a simmer. Cut the fat or bacon, fry in a pan, add diced onion. When golden, add flour and stir. Combine with the soup. Add salt, pepper and dried garlic to taste, bring to a simmer. Serve with wholemeal bread. ; Net weight: 6g.
