Polish Dark roast sauce is a delicious, aromatic sauce with a velvety texture, an indispensable element of meat dishes. It goes perfectly with the addition of potatoes, dumplings, noodles, groats and pasta, and also tastes great with boiled or pan-fried vegetables.
