Polish Allspice is a note of cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper and many other favorite spices. A perfect spice for many dishes, meat and vegetarian. Used in the preparation of various types of marinades.

Store in a dry and shaded place.The last digit of the batch number denotes country of origin; Stewed lentils with sausage 4 servings, 45 min – 400 g cooked lentils – 200 g sausage – 100 g lean bacon – 2 onions – 3 cloves garlic – 400 g pelati tomatoes – 200 ml Kucharek chicken broth – 4 tablespoons thick natural yoghurt – 3 tablespoons rapeseed oil – 1 bunch parsley – 5 Prymat allspice berries – 2 Prymat bayleaves – 1/2 tablespoon Prymat sweet paprika powder – 1/4 tablespoon herbs de Provence – to taste: coarsely ground black pepper, Prymat herbal salt Dice the sausage, bacon, pelati tomatoes and onions. Slice the garlic. Fry the bacon, onion and garlic, add the sausage, lentils, chicken broth and pelati tomatoes. Add the allspice, bay leaf, herbs de Provence and sweet paprika powder. Let simmer for 30 min., stir continuously. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with thick yoghurt and chopped parsley leaves.Net weight: 15g.
