RecipesBeef medaillons in mustard4 servings30 minIngredients: 640 g of tenderloin, 4 tbsp. of Prymat Delikatesowa Mustard, 4 tbsp. of Prymat Beef Seasoning, 1 small baguette, some romaine leaves, 2 tbsp. of grated horseradish, 4 tbsp. of rapeseed oil, 8 cocktail tomatoes. Instructions: Wash the tenderloin and dry it with paper towel. Slice into eight medaillons. Season the meat with the Beef Seasoning and carefully rub down with the Delikatesowa Mustard. Fry on both sides on hot rapeseed oil, in a grill pan. Cut the baguette into eight slices and bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for approximately 5 minutes. Slice the cocktail tomatoes in half. Garnish each baguette slice with romaine leaves, put the well-seasoned beef medaillon on top, finish with two halves of the cocktail tomatoes. Serve with grated horseradish. ; Net weight: 20g.
