Description
The thin homemade noodles were created especially for lovers of southern flavors and culinary experiments. Pasta is made of 100% semolina, i.e. coarse wheat flour, the so-called durum. These pastas do not stick together, they retain their elasticity and it is more difficult to overcook them because they are a bit harder. It is characterized by a lower glycemic index than other pastas, which makes it recommended for diabetics.
