Description
Cakes from the Duży Blacha Delecta line are an excellent proposition for the whole family. The cakes are very easy to prepare, just add a few wet ingredients (e.g. eggs, fat), mix with the contents of the bag and bake.

Ingredients: sugar, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΤΥΑΣΓΘ, potato starch, wheat cake flour; ΪΟΗΦΣΥ ΠΟΨΔΕΣ 5,5% (skimmed milk , (ΝΙΜΛ) ΨΘΕΪ, yogurt bacteria cultures); rice flour, baking powder (raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonate); maltodextrin , thickening agents: xanthan gum, guar gum; flavouring .May contain: ΕΗΗΤ, ΤΟΪ, ΞΦΥΤ, ΠΕΑΞΦΥΤ, ΤΕΤΑΝΕ ΤΕΕΔΤ. ΑΜΕΣΗΪ ΑΔΧΙΓΕ: ΖΟΣ ΑΜΜΕΣΗΕΞΤ ΤΕΕ ΙΞΗΣΕΔΙΕΞΥΤ ΙΞ ΒΟΜΔ. Best before/Batch number – see the side of the bag. Store in a dry, cool place. Ingredients: For the dough: 4 eggs, 150ml of milk, 175g of margarine (or butter). The cake tastes perfect if we replace the milk with 150g of natural yoghurt. Method of preparation: Dissolve and cool the margarine. In a high dish, mix the eggs with milk (or yogurt), add margarine, pour in the contents of the package and mix about 4 minutes. Put the finished mass into a baking tin lined with a baking paper measuring about 25×35 cm. Place in a slightly heated oven and bake at 165-175°C for about 40-45 minutes (check with a stick if the dough is baked); Net weight: 640g.
