No sodium glutamate, preservatives or colourings.Fried cod with potatoes 4 servings, 45 min Ingredients: – 800 g cod fillet – 700 g potatoes – 2 egg yolks – 100 g wheat flour – 80 g Prymat breadcrumbs – rapeseed oil for frying – 4 tablespoons olive oil – 1 small bunch chives – 2 tablespoons Prymat fish seasoning – 2 tablespoons Prymat potato seasoning – 2 tablespoons horseradish cream – to taste: sea salt, Prymat black pepper. Wash the cod fillet and wipe dry with kitchen roll. Divide into 4 servings. Wash, peel and half cook the potatoes in salted water. Quarter the potatoes when cooled and put them on an oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil and top with potato seasoning. Put in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake until golden brown. Cover the fillet in fish seasoning and coat in flour, whisked yolks and breadcrumbs. Fry with a small amount of oil. Serve cooked fish with crispy potatoes sprinkled with freshly cut chives and horseradish cream.Net weight: 25g.
