Polski Żurek, sourdough flour soup – a soup made from meat stock thickened with bread leaven, usually made from rye flour, which has a characteristic sour taste.

Ingredients: water 78,5%, ΣΪΕ ΖΜΟΦΣ 21%, fresh garlic 0,5%. ΑΜΜΕΣΗΕΞΤ: ΓΟΞΥΑΙΞΤ ΗΜΦΥΕΞ.Best before: date and batch number on the edge of the label or on the packaging Best before date is also batch number. Store in a cool place at a temperature between +2°C and +18°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated.Contains gluten. Preservative-free. The content of the bottle allows to receive approximately 5 l of borscht once cooked. Natural flour sediment appears at the bottom. Shake before opening; Net volume: 500ml.
